1.4 How we use your information
Browsing and Searching:

We collect certain personal Information when you visit the sites or click on the various links for products and services. We collect this information to improve your web user experience for your next visits (ex: country selection), help run the sites more efficiently, to gather broad demographic information, to monitor the level of activity on the sites, and to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing.

Promotional activities: We collect personal Information from you when you enter a promotional program or activity. We use this information to administer the program or activity, to send you promotional e-mails, notify winners, and make the winners’ list publicly available pursuant to applicable regulations and laws.

1.6 Cookies
A cookie is a piece of information in the form of a very small text file that is placed on an internet user’s hard drive. It is generated by a web page server, which is basically the computer that operates a web site. The information the cookie contains is set by the server and it can be used by that server whenever the user visits the site. Using cookies enables us to provide you with certain features and provides us with information regarding website visits. We may use cookies also to allow us to make the site more user friendly. A 4IR Solutions entity processing such data will cooperate in providing such access to you either directly or through a local entity.

1.8 Opposition to promotional emails
We hereby expressly prohibit the use of contact data published in the context of website legal notice requirements with regard to sending promotional and informational materials not expressly requested. The website operator reserves the right to take specific legal action if unsolicited advertising material, such as email spam, is received.

We reserve the right to change our security and data protection measures if this is required due to technological developments. 1.10 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Specific to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), 4IR Solutions will not sell or rent your personal data to a third party without your explicit permission. Please see Section 1 of 4IR Solutions’ Terms of Service for more information on your personal data.

As data subjects you may inquire as to the nature of the Personal Data stored or processed about you by 4IR Solutions. You will be provided access to your personal data regardless of the location of the data processing and storage. Your privacy rights under CCPA will also allow you to make a disclosure or opt-out request regarding your personal data.

All such requests for access, disclosure or opt-out may be sent to: info@4IR.cloud or made by calling (866) 372-6556. Requests will be responded to within 45 days of submission. Once a request is received by 4IR Solutions, an email will be sent to validate the requestor as a part of our standard two-step procedure. If requesting disclosure or opt-out please include one or more of the following in your request:

• Request disclosure of information collected;
• Request disclosure of information sold;
• Non-discrimination relating to Consumers who exercise CCPA rights;
• Opt-out;
• Email address associated with Consumers who exercise CCPA rights;

4IR Solutions has not sold or disclosed for business purposes any personal data as listed in Section 1.2 of 4IR Solutions’ Terms of Service in the preceding 12 months. We reserve the right to change our security and data protection measures if this is required due to technological developments.
